For safeguarding and confidentiality reasons, certain
personal, operational and location-sensitive information may be redacted from the published version. This helps protect children, young people, staff and the security of the home.

Safeguarding Commitment
The safety, welfare and rights of children and young people are central to everything we do. We follow robust safeguarding procedures and work closely with placing authorities, families, professionals and regulators.
Complaints and Feedback
We welcome feedback from children, families, professionals and stakeholders.
Complaints can be raised directly with the Registered Manager or Responsible Individual. Complaints may also be referred to Care Inspectorate Wales.
